Sting finished his AKC CH just before turning 8 months old. He attended only 4 shows and placed every time he was in the ring even going Best of Breed over Ranked Specials. The second time he was ever in the ring he beat his own Mother whom is a Bronze Grand Champion and 3 other Champions of record as well as class animals (See First Photo) at barely 6 months of age. He earned his last points towards his CH and 2nd major at the Western WA Weimaraner Specialty 2 days before turning 8 months old. Sting is still so young we decided to let him get busy on hunting and finding birds and possibly next summer hit the show ring again to work toward his Grand Championship.
Sting is Home Bred by PM Weimaranes with our good Friend Shelly Jernigan Co-Owning his Mother
Luna. Her father was also bred by us along with his sister Rose. They are both still going strong at 13.5 years young. Rose hunting last year and pointed/retrieved a huge Rooser Phezzy that is being mounted for our Wall of Fame. She will be doing some short hunts again this year with her Nephew Sting!
